- Manage client insurance accounts and update information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and renewals.
- Provide information on insurance products and services.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual Spanish Required
- Previous experience in insurance required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- IL Insurance Producer License Property and Casualty required
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
